Training & Prepardness

Our security personnel undergo comprehensive training to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and professionalism required to handle a wide range of situations. From conflict resolution and emergency response to customer service and site-specific protocols, we prioritize continuous development so our team can deliver the highest level of safety and reliability.

Firearms Training

This course provides hands-on instruction to build confidence in safe firearm ownership and use. Officers are trained in gun safety rules, handgun types and ammunition, shooting fundamentals, and Massachusetts laws on proper firearm transportation and storage.

Report Writing

This course prepares officers to create clear, accurate, and professional reports tailored to client needs. Training includes reviewing report types, recognizing client-specific requirements, writing concise incident summaries, incorporating visual aids when appropriate, and ensuring quality through editing and proofreading.

Baton Training

This program trains officers to recognize and manage conflict by assessing threats and applying appropriate levels of force. Instruction includes defensive positioning, movement techniques, drawing skills, baton counterstrikes, and baton retention to ensure safe and effective response in high-risk situations.

Tactical Training

The goal of tactical training is to prepare personnel with the knowledge, skills, and psychological readiness to perform effectively in any combat situation. Training covers combat theory, use of weapons and equipment, terrain advantages, and enemy force structure. It also develops leadership skills, coordination, and unit cohesion to ensure effective planning, control, and execution of operations.

Mace Training

Through a blend of classroom instruction and practical exercises, officers learn to recognize stages of conflict, assess threats, and apply appropriate responses. Training includes modern tactical concepts such as disengagement, defensive positioning, movement strategies, multiple opponent defense, ground defense, and controlled use of force techniques.

Handcuff Training

This course focuses on safe and effective handcuffing techniques, including approaches for compliant and non-compliant subjects, prone and kneeling positions, and proper removal. Emphasis is placed on reducing risk of injury to both officers and subjects while ensuring secure and controlled restraint.

MOAB Training
(Management of Aggressive Behavior)

MOAB (Management of Aggressive Behavior) equips officers with humane and effective techniques to recognize, reduce, and manage aggression. This 4-hour certification blends lecture with practical exercises, teaching skills in de-escalation, body language, verbalization, and conflict management. Designed for law enforcement, corrections, and security personnel, the program focuses on preventing escalation and ensuring safe, professional responses to challenging situations.

CPR and AED Training

This course trains our officers in the skills and knowledge necessary to recognize and provide basic care for breathing emergencies, perform CPR, and use an automated external defibrillator (AED) for victims of sudden cardiac arrest, until advanced medical personnel arrive and take over.
